Systemic Management | Organizational Consulting

A systemic approach to complex organizational, leadership and professional challenges.

GROW is the independent consulting practice I founded to support organizations, leaders, teams and professionals in understanding and navigating complex challenges.

Through GROW, I bring together systems thinking, organizational consulting, structured dialogue and leadership development, shaping each intervention to respond to the nature of the challenge.

Growth is often viewed as the result of individual effort, new skills or a single right decision. In practice, however, people, teams and organizations do not operate in isolation. They develop within systems of relationships, roles, structures, expectations and conditions that can enable or constrain change.

I created GROW to offer a framework for a consulting partnership in which complexity can be explored without being oversimplified. A framework that helps reveal what is really happening, what sustains a challenge and where meaningful intervention may be possible.

The aim is not only to address the immediate issue, but to create the conditions for clearer decisions, stronger collaboration and lasting change.

I see the whole

I do not isolate a problem from the context in which it emerges. I examine how strategy, structure, roles, relationships, culture and day-to-day operations connect and influence one another.

I look for patterns, not blame

The purpose is not to identify who is at fault, but to understand what keeps recurring, what sustains the challenge and which conditions need to change.

I connect different perspectives

I create the conditions for different voices and experiences to be heard, connected and translated into shared understanding, priorities and a direction for action.

I strengthen the system’s capacity

The engagement is not limited to addressing the immediate issue. It aims to strengthen the capacity of people and organizations to understand, decide and adapt more effectively when facing future challenges.

I do not begin with an off-the-shelf program or apply the same method to every situation.

Each engagement begins by clarifying the challenge, the context in which it appears and the level at which intervention may be needed.

The process is tailored to the needs of each situation, but usually includes four core elements:

1. We clarify

We explore the current situation, the needs, the different perspectives and the questions that genuinely need to be addressed.

2. We identify the connections

We identify the patterns, relationships and conditions influencing the challenge and connect what may previously have appeared fragmented or unrelated.

3. We determine the appropriate level of intervention

We clarify whether the challenge needs to be addressed at an individual, relational, team, organizational or broader systemic level.

4. We translate understanding into action

We shape priorities, decisions and next steps that can be implemented and supported in practice.

Depending on the nature of the challenge, I combine systemic inquiry, organizational consulting, leadership and team development, structured dialogue, participatory processes, facilitation, coaching and mentoring.

I am Katerina Kotsi, Founder of GROW and a Systemic Management Consultant.

With more than 25 years of experience, my professional journey brings together business management, strategic marketing, organizational consulting and systemic management.

Across a range of business and organizational roles, I have seen that the challenges facing people and organizations are rarely isolated. They are influenced by the wider system within which decisions, relationships and patterns of action are formed.

This experience has shaped my current approach: connecting business realities with systemic understanding and the human dimension of change.

Today, I work with organizations, leaders, teams, entrepreneurs and professionals navigating transitions. I support them in developing a deeper understanding of complexity, broadening their available choices and shaping change that can last.

Alongside my consulting practice, my professional and research interests focus on the systemic conditions that can enable or constrain sustainable individual and organizational growth.

I am co-author of the Greek-language university textbook Συμβουλευτική Σταδιοδρομίας: Σύγχρονες Προσεγγίσεις και Εφαρμογές – 21ος Αιώνας (Career Counseling: Contemporary Approaches and Applications for the 21st Century), published by Grigoris Publications in 2021 following a commission from a university department.

The book brings together international literature and research evidence with applied experience, offering a comprehensive perspective on career counseling and leadership.

My contribution to the book reflects my longstanding engagement with career transitions, leadership and the connection between knowledge and practice.
